Nevertheless, our etsu jewelry is not indestructible. Properly caring for your jewelry is integral in preserving the beauty of the piece. Remember ladies, jewelry is the last thing you put on before you zip out the door. Wearing it in the shower, spritzing it directly with perfume and/or lotion, or dropping it onto hard surfaces can diminish the appearance or even result in breakage. As with any fine jewelry, our designs need love and proper care. It’s important to care for your etsu jewelry like a favorite piece in your fine jewelry collection so that it too can become a timeless piece in your wardrobe.
Sometimes I’m allergic to fashion jewelry--what is etsu jewelry made of?
Composition:
All etsu jewelry is made of lead-free and nickel-free base metals. This can be brass, pewter, tin, aluminum, etc., or any combination of the above. All of our jewelry is electro-plated with real 14K, 18K, 22K gold and sterling silver. For our post back earrings, we use hypo-allergenic surgical steel posts.
I was on etsuny.com last week and ordered the perfect necklace, but found out the next day that it was unavailable. Does this happen often?
Backorders:
While this does not happen often, sometimes we do sell out of our most popular styles. When this does happen, we’re more than willing to provide a full refund if our customers are unwilling to wait for the item to be restocked.
