Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you decide you do not want the piece(s) ordered, you may return them within 5 days of receipt for website credit or exchange only. All pieces are inspected before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged or is determined to have a manufacturer defect please contact us immediately. You may return defective pieces within 7 days of receipt for website credit or exchange. You will need to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). No returns will be processed without an RMA#.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and there are NO CREDITS TO CREDIT CARDS. All transactions of sale items are final.

TO RETURN A PACKAGE, jewelry must not be worn and in original packaging.  You must first obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by emailing customerservice@etsuny.com. Please give us a detailed explanation of why the piece is being returned and a photograph of defect if you are returning the piece because it is broken.  We will review your request and issue a return authorization number within one week.  No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.  No refunds will be issued, but exchanges, replacements, or website credit will be issued depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
