CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
SHIPPING
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and will typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
CHANGE IN YOUR ORDER STATUS
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
